Congratulations to ilyAIMY are in order, so please send us coupons, candy, and a trailer.

The new sound system means we CAN NOT gain weight!
Heather’s been working on a twin-horned cap of doom. I’m not at liberty to tell you more.

In Decatur we picked up our new sound system. The speakers are a leetle bigger than I was thinking. I was thinking we were ordering a model similar to what the Chris and Joylene show has, which fit so beautifully in our trunk the weekend we borrowed them. These, however, are Living breathing fucking monsters that are trying to edge us out of the car. When we approach the Saturn, the Behringer E1520s huff themselves up, trying to appear threatening, and the car groans and we have to gently pet them and stroke them before there’s space for Heather and I.

Heather and I at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, GA doing what it is that we do. Which is rocking. Ah… the rock.

Heather brings Molly joy. Or vice versa. We are very grateful for Natalie’s dog of Love.

We set the whole thing up in Natalie’s apartment and made plenty of noise, and they sound beyond perfect. Crystal sound, beautiful definition… I feel kind of weird because it makes Heather’s Takamine pickup sound better than my billion-dollar Alvarez pickup, putting another tic in the column of “just buy a cheap guitar that you can beat the Hell out of!”. I look forward to really tweaking our sound with this system and getting a real “ilyAIMY” sound dialed in.

Says it all, really. And so much more elegantly than “makes wide right turns” or “if you can’t see my mirrors I can’t see you”.
Driving across Alabama at speed. Heather spotted this and insisted on a photograph. Apparently she thought that movie was… amusing.

It’s my biggest toy ever, and that’s coming from the guy who had Fortress Maximus AND Trypticon!

Vicksburg, Mississippi. This would be the postcard, except they just started this mural project and so we had to go through the effort of photographing it ourselves. Sheesh.

Ah, Chunky, Mississippi. I bet all the women there are wafer-thin.
