Saturday was a very fun house concert in Great Falls, VA. They hosted us the same night as their annual cookie trade and… holy crap…. they’re serious about their cookies. I feel like I should’ve asked a bit more about where their cookie cult hath sprung from but we’re talking 2 – 3 rooms of cookies and maybe 3 dozen cookie worshippin’ peeps all trading cookies and recipes and the sugar madness.
Good things happened. Good things with chocolate chips.
The concert wasn’t too bad either! Our hosts were fascinating humans – ask about the green screen and the senior citizens throwing one another out of a plane… and the… the cockroach opera!
Sunday night we went to Ellicott City for dinner, hanging out before Rowan joined us for a night of the Mandalorian…
