Michigan is calling me though it’s impossible to go
this March the weather’s just half the story
I wish it was only sleet and snow

15 years and fiscal fears
have kept me south in Ohio

Oberlin is snowbound

Toledo always makes good sense
look it’s right there on the line

just put it on the credit cards

and Michigan’s last on the list.
My Mom thought the whole thing up
