I don’t have much to say. I lost my father to cancer 16 years ago. Sharif lost his mother to it this morning. We both got to be there with our parents as they passed. I hope it eased their departure. We’re lucky to have our Loved ones for as long as we do, and it’s never long enough. She had a long Life, traveled the world, and gave me a friend who I’ve now made music with for almost half my Life.
