Jeni took a slow night as an opportunity to trade Meat Secrets on the grill…
It’s entirely possible I didn’t take a lot of photos at this week’s open mic. That’s at least in PART because Morsberger’s was practically empty for the first half of the night, with about 5 of us just playing to one another. Fortunately… it was a good five. But not a five that I chose to take a lot of photos of I guess.
My gear waiting for others. Had a Hell of a Juels and sax jam tho.Coming home, the recent storms have left these crazy crescents of grass detritus where everyone WAS parked… and now these are dense lumps to be overcome while parallel parking late at night.
Friday the 15th found me running sound for a flamenco symposium at Sandy Spring Museum. Part performance, part deep history lesson. Paul Torcuart was REALLY happy about how I made everything sound (especially his guitar) and was hoping I could do their next events, but THIS rob will be playing in Canada…
What do I do while my wife’s away? I feed Amy’s cats and make poor, delicious decisions.
