Hrm. I’ve NOW FIGURED OUT what part of my processing has been giving some of us white-bearded folks dark and dangerous brown or black beards! I knew it wasn’t in any of my adjustments – it seems to happen in my post-processing as I enhance the images to drop out some of the graininess. It’s not been my intention to make any of us appear gruff, youthful and virile! Enjoy it this last week cause I’m gonna figure it out!
(but I’m a little lazy about going and taking care of it in post)
T’was a quiet night at Morsbergers for the holiday weekend, and Heather pulled in just as we were loading out. We didn’t play music, so we played pool instead and there are far worse ways to end the night.
Oh – and word to the wise. Do NOT play pool with Dave Benham. He knows what he’s doing!

A special note to DRUMMERS : we’d Love for you to join us and have a house kit (please bring your own snare, cymbals and – of course – sticks / hotrods), however I need you to show up early to set it up (6pm) and we HOPE you’ll be comfortable sitting in with other performers if they ask you to! Time is generally pretty tight and we don’t have time to set up the kit, play two songs for one act, and get your kit back off stage again. It’s gotta be there the whole night! Though Morsbergers has a lot of metal bands on weekends, the open mic night tends to be more singer/songwriter – please be prepared to play accordingly (hot rods encouraged).
