Working towards something – I wonder if that’s an artificial concept induced by spending the first two decades of your Life in school. I know it can distort your head into constantly looking for some sort of external gold star or approval.

Heather dressed properly for doing work with molds and resin casting. I don’t know about you, but I find this kind of… hot. She’s trying to spit out a billion pieces before the festival on Saturday.

Possibly Life as path rather than tiers? Progression of Living rather than goals and end points. My end point was sort of to do what I’m doing and I’m not quite sure what my next waystation is.

Kaylyn Marie, our opening act at the Cup in Belair, MD. It was awesome to see her again, I don’t think we’ve seen her in almost two years, she’s been out somewhere in Pennsylvania (?) making amazing voices for herself and learning a couple of chords that I don’t know.
Sharif wondering what the FUCK I’m doing. Freakish. Seconds later he gave me the finger, but it was behind the Coke can and therefore completely lost it’s little finger balls. It was a useless use of what could’ve been a powerful statement. A powerful, powerful statement. Shame about that can.

Ploo. More thoughts later when I don’t have to play a gig.

Independence Day in Spanish is funny.

My old old friend Lisa. Sweet mother of God, I’ve known her for close to 8 years. That’s amazing. It was a surprise to see her at the Cup with her man. She should STAY in Maryland! There are people who make me light up, and she can be one of them. I wanted to hug her forever. Damn hot steamy liquids!
Heather wore goggles at the Cup. I’m not sure that I approve. At all. In all honesty, I’m pretty sure I don’t. It was freakin’ me out and then she got all irked when i tapped on them.
