It is coincidence that Jeni decided to move my Thursday night open mic to Sundays on the very same week that Acacia kicks off a new Thursday night open mic, but it is a GOOD coincidence. You’ll see some usual suspects in the house.
Kristen and I rolled in early to support, and to cross the street for burritos. The former was good cause there was a bit of chaos and some support seemed welcome, and the latter was good cause we met the owner of the burrito shop and got into long, rambling conversations and got him to come over and he seemed to really, really enjoy himself.
He said we changed his Life and it was an incredible night and it’s just across the street so he’ll be here every open mic…
T’was a fabulous night. And maybe he WILL! He SHOULD.
