The skies opened and dumped a LOT of rain on us Sunday afternoon. I’ve heard various estimates, but basically “three months of rain in under an hour” seems to be the most accurate representation. Ellicott City has been devastated and apparently we’re one of the few houses without a LOT of water in the basement…
