This past week was supposed to be the first slow week, and it was – but it’s also felt like in my effort to slow down I’ve gotten behind! I guess that’s generally the case. And so over the course of the week that was supposed to be relaxed, I relaxed too much, fell behind as October ramped up, and generally feel about normal again.
However, most of the Real Gigs are in danger of wrapping soon. Probably a couple more in October and then we go dark for a while as the weather closes in. After a year of playing in the heat and breaking down in the rain, I don’t know that that’s going to bug me too soon, but gimme a couple of weeks and I’m sure that my spirits will get dampened.
I can be a soggy robby afterall.
