It’s always good to have my partner Heather Aubrey Lloyd at one of my open mics. She rolled in JUST in time to help me kick off a decently packed night. As usual, I’m never quite sure if being off for a week or two helps us (people are eager to be back) or hurts us (people forget we exist) but tonight at least, I wasn’t feeling any dearth of attention!
On the one hand, I pretend like I want ALLLLL the people, on the other hand I think we wrapped around 10.30pm and that’s plenty for me. I must be gettin’ old.
