May 5th, 2026. The SPARK w Elena La Fulana.

A good night here at the SPARK. A bad night for rob. I got incredibly moody, snapping and… really I think I’m burning out. I was very glad to know that most people don’t register when I’m really losing it, but I told Dave that I’d host the remaining open mics for which I’ve booked features (and honestly, I think I was going to quit if he didn’t want to continue with featured artists) and then he’d have to take care of the remainder. I’ve booked features through the end of May and then I’m touring through part of June, but honestly I could imagine being gone through July. At least.

But the talent remains amazing, featured artist Elena La Fulana was a brilliant light. It was everything an open mic ought to be. It’s ME that’s the problem.
